Never export without checking AD/CVD taxes. A cheap price today can become a bankruptcy tomorrow if you ignore Trade Barriers.
II. Thou Shalt Define the Spec
"Prime Quality" means nothing. Define the Standard (ASTM/EN), Grade, and Tolerance in numbers. Vague contracts breed disputes.
III. Thou Shalt Know Thy Incoterms
FOB and CIF are not just about freight costs. They are about Risk Transfer. Know exactly where your liability ends.
IV. Thou Shalt Verify, Not Trust
Email is insecure. MTCs can be forged. Use Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) and Digital Platforms to verify the truth.
V. Thou Shalt Protect the Margin
Trading without Hedging is gambling. Use Forward Contracts or T/T matching to neutralize Forex risk.
VI. Thou Shalt Not Claim for Dust

Don't just beg for a lower price. Trade variables like Payment Terms, Delivery Date, and Packing to create a Win-Win.
VIII. Thou Shalt Respect Logistics
Demurrage and Detention are the silent killers of profit. Move your cargo fast. Time is money.
IX. Thou Shalt Follow the Data
Ignore rumors. Watch the Iron Ore Index, Futures (SHFE), and Port Inventory. Data beats "Gut Feeling."
X. Thou Shalt Evolve
The market changes. Green Steel (CBAM) and Digital Trading are not trends; they are the future. Adapt or die.
